Building better systems. Solving harder problems. Fast.
Systems architecture and technical optimization for organizations that can't afford to move slowly.

The Work.
JME Technologies is a boutique consultancy, not a general IT firm. The focus is technical architecture: finding where systems are breaking down, where they're leaving performance on the table, and building solutions quickly without the bloated overhead that usually comes with bringing in outside technical leadership.
That might mean designing something from scratch, untangling years of accumulated technical debt, or stepping into an engineering organization that's lost its footing and helping it find direction. The work changes shape depending on what the problem actually is.
What doesn't change is the pace. No account managers sitting between you and the work. No weeks of scoping before anything gets built. Just direct communication and solutions that move as fast as your business needs them to.
Also in the Lab.
Alongside client work, JME Technologies is developing a suite of AI-powered tools for an industry that the tech world has largely ignored: independent tradespeople and contractors. The trades world runs on skill and reputation, but an enormous amount of time gets swallowed by paperwork, proposals, and administrative overhead that has nothing to do with the actual work. Tools to change that ratio are in the works.
Who's Behind It.
I'm Jesse English. I co-founded EyesOver in 2016 and spent the better part of a decade leading its technical development from the ground up, through a successful acquisition in 2026. Almost every architectural decision, infrastructure call, and engineering culture choice over that run was mine to own and live with. That full-lifecycle experience, knowing where things go wrong and why, is what I bring to this work.
I started JME Technologies because the problems I find most interesting, untangling complex systems and rebuilding them into something that actually scales, don't belong to any one company. This is the vehicle for doing that work across many.
The Approach.
I have never been able to leave a broken process alone. This started young and has never let up. Every system has waste built into it. Every workflow has a leaner version of itself waiting to be found. That instinct, combined with years of operating inside a fast-moving startup where slow was simply not an option and red tape didn't exist, shapes how I work.
Where I Work.
Based in Kelowna, BC. I'm a dual US-Canadian citizen with a career that spans both countries, which means JME Technologies can operate on either side of the border without the friction that usually comes with that.
Outside the Work
Dogs. Endurance sports. Unapologetic coffee snob.
